A Merchant Account is a corporate account that requires registration using your certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission. This account is subject to verification by OSOFTPAY before the account is activated after going through OSOFTPAY's UAT Scheme.

An agent account is a single account under Osoft Integrated Resources Limited that enables the individual to have access to trading on OSOFTPAY without any form of business certification. Such account has all their verification taken care of by Osoft.
